The Part 3 Step Code requires a whole building airtightness result. This test provides a verified metric to show energy loss through air leakage. This value in incorporated into the project’s energy model giving owners, tenants and building officials an accurate idea of the building’s future energy use.

Post Retrofit Visit for a home that is disconnecting from gas and saving money while doing it.
Pre and Post EnerGuide Rating System Assessment to meet Greener Homes Grant funding requirements. Client replaced a gas furnace with a heat pump and added a solar installation and now creates more energy than the home uses.
